Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Visual Forge, E-Commerce Content Production, and how we help brands create content that drives results.

Is this a SaaS subscription?

No. Visual Forge is a self-hosted AI production system installed on your own RunPod GPU account, in your name. You control the system and everything it makes, with no per-image fees and no lock-in. The AI models inside it are open models used under their developers’ licenses, which come with every install.

Ongoing costs include the required $397/month maintenance and support, plus GPU usage through your RunPod account. Most teams spend significantly less than traditional SaaS image generation platforms while producing far more content.

There are no artificial generation limits. Output depends on your GPU power and workflow setup, allowing teams to generate thousands of images per month at scale.

No coding. Your system arrives built and tested, with ten ready-made workflows across its four engines and your custom LoRA trained. To run a batch, you replace the text in our prompt template with your own prompts, attach the file and click run, and Visual Forge does the rest, about 28 minutes per 100 images. Your welcome guide walks you through your RunPod account step by step, and maintenance covers updates and fixes: if something goes wrong, email support@viraltrove.com and a technician fixes it directly in your system, once you’ve invited our support account to your RunPod team.

It’s a deliberate choice. SaaS platforms spend heavily on polished dashboards, onboarding flows and interface chrome, and that cost is built into every per-image price: you pay for the wrapper, not the output. Visual Forge leaves all of that out. Your team works directly in the production engine through ComfyUI, the same tool professional AI studios use. That’s why a team of 10 makes about 17,200 images for about $167 in GPU time instead of about $2,305.

Visual Forge is built and tested on the RTX PRO 6000 (96 GB), which runs all four engines, at about $2.09 an hour on RunPod, billed per second. You only pay while it’s running, and you can stop it with one click.

Yes. Visual Forge is designed for teams and collaborative production workflows, making it easy for multiple creators, marketers, or editors to use the system together.

A LoRA (Low-Rank Adaptation) is a lightweight training layer that teaches an AI model how to consistently reproduce a specific person, product, character, or brand style without retraining the entire model. It acts as a precision consistency engine, preserving the core identity of your subject across different prompts, environments, poses, lighting conditions, and camera angles.

We constantly monitor for the latest and best open-source AI models and tools. When something better comes out, whether it replaces an engine or adds a new one, we test it and add it to every client’s system as part of your maintenance plan, at no extra cost. We let you know when it’s live.

At a premium SaaS rate of $0.134 an image, each image made on Visual Forge saves about 12 cents, since GPU time works out to about 1 cent an image. The $9,400 setup is covered after about 76,000 images: under a week at full output (10 people, 8 hours a day), or about three months at 25,000 images a month. The $397 monthly maintenance is covered by about 3,200 images a month. Video widens the gap: a 15-second clip with sound costs about $0.61 against about $6.00 on Veo 3.1.

Support runs Monday to Friday. Your maintenance plan covers workflow and model updates, compatibility fixes, stability checks and new-model upgrades. If something goes wrong, email support@viraltrove.com and a technician can work directly in your system to fix it: you invite our support account to your RunPod team, and you can remove that access at any time.

Your system is ready within 72 hours of receiving your photos: 20 to 30 photos of the product or person your custom LoRA will learn. We email you when it’s ready, you choose a time, and the handover itself takes about ten minutes. Your first month of maintenance starts at handover, not when you pay. You also choose the trigger word that calls up your LoRA, such as your product name.

You do. The images and videos you make on your system are yours to use, and everything you upload stays yours. Your system runs on your own RunPod account, in your name. The AI models inside it are open models with their own licenses, which come with your install, and the system’s design stays ours: the workflows, templates and setup we built for you.

You can cancel future renewals at any time before your next billing date. Your system stays on your own RunPod account and you keep using it: the setup fee buys permanent access. What ends, at the close of the paid month, is maintenance: support, updates, troubleshooting and new model upgrades. Charges already billed aren’t refunded.

The one-time setup, configuration and system-access fee is non-refundable once your order is placed, because we start building your system straight away. That holds if you change your mind, don’t use the system or cancel maintenance. The $397 monthly maintenance can be cancelled before any billing date, and charges already billed aren’t refunded. The full terms are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
