  • Payment information. Card and bank payments are processed by Stripe. We receive transaction confirmations and related identifiers but do not receive or store your full card number.

  • Technical and website-usage information. Your IP address, browser and device information, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, referring source and interactions with the website.

  • Communications. Information you send by email, through the contact form or during customer support.

  • Marketing preferences. Your subscription and unsubscribe choices for promotional email.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information or personal information belonging to another person unless it is necessary for the requested work and you are authorized to provide it.

6. International processing

Viral Trove LLC is based in the United States. Some contractors or service providers may operate in other countries. 7. What we do not do

  • We do not sell or rent personal information.

8. How long we keep information

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, administer the business, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

  • Uploads, briefs and project files: during production and for 90 days following final delivery or project closure.

  • Routine backups: copies may remain for up to an additional 90 days while the normal backup cycle completes.

  • Order, invoice, payment, tax and accounting records: for as long as reasonably necessary to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, generally for up to seven years.

When information is no longer required, we delete it or remove identifying information where reasonably practicable.

9. Cookies and analytics

The website uses necessary cookies to operate the basket, checkout, payment and security functions. It also uses analytics and attribution cookies to understand how visitors use the website and how they arrived. Where consent is required, nonessential cookies are held until you accept them.
