Visual Forge Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026

1. Who this applies to. Everyone who buys, installs, operates or is given access to a Visual Forge system (“you”). It applies to everyone on your team: you are responsible for making sure they follow it. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. You are responsible for what you create. Visual Forge systems run in your own GPU account. Apart from images you send us for LoRA training or share with us for support, we do not see, monitor or filter your prompts, pictures, videos or outputs. You are solely responsible for everything you create, publish or distribute, and for complying with the laws and platform rules where you work and where your content is shown.

3. Never allowed.

  • Any sexual or sexualized content involving minors, or anyone who appears to be a minor.
  • Any realistic AI depiction, training, animation or replacement of a real minor.
  • Nudity, pornography or sexually explicit content of any kind, and intimate imagery of any real person.
  • Using any real person’s face, body, likeness or voice, including public figures and celebrities, and including in LoRA training, Reference to Video, Animate or Replace, without that person’s written consent for that specific use. For someone who has died, written consent from their estate. (Using footage only for its movement, as a driving video where that person’s face, body and voice do not appear in the result, needs only the rights to the footage.)
  • Replacing a person in footage, or putting a real person into footage they did not appear in, without the rights to the footage and written consent from every real person whose face, body or voice appears in the result.
  • Impersonating any person, business or government body, or implying that a real person or brand endorses something they don’t.
  • Fake reviews or testimonials: presenting AI-generated people as real customers or real endorsers, or invented experiences as genuine customer experiences. Clearly disclosed dramatizations with synthetic performers are allowed where the law and the platform permit.
  • Deceptive content presented as real news or real events, and misleading political or election content.
  • Fraud, scams, harassment, threats, defamation, or content promoting violence or hatred.
  • Infringing copyrights, trademarks or other people’s rights, including using driving videos or reference footage you don’t have the rights to.
  • Uses prohibited by U.S., EU, UK or UN sanctions or export controls, including military, warfare, nuclear, espionage or weapons-development uses, or use by a sanctioned person or entity.
  • Disabling or working around the safeguards in this policy or in the system, or helping others do so.
  • Anything illegal where you are or where the content is published.

4. Explicitly allowed. Mainstream commercial and creative work: product photography and video, fashion, swimwear, fitness, beauty, food, interiors, travel, advertising, pre-production, concept tests, invented characters and mascots, and content with real people who have given written consent.

5. Disclose AI content. Label realistic AI-generated or AI-altered images, video and audio as AI-made wherever the law, the platform or the model license requires it, and whenever a viewer could reasonably mistake it for real footage of real people or events. Everything you publish that was made with MiniMax H3 or LTX must be clearly disclosed as AI-generated: their licenses require it. In advertising, disclose AI-generated people (“synthetic performers”) where required. Don’t remove AI labels or provenance data (such as Content Credentials) from content.

6. Consent and records. Before using any real person’s likeness or voice, get their signed written consent that names the uses (which engines, which media, where, for how long, whether new words can be put in their mouth) and how they can withdraw it. Keep the consent, the source pictures and footage, proof of your rights, and the published content for as long as the content is in use, and after that for as long as the law requires.

7. LoRA training images. You confirm that you own every image you supply, or have the rights to use it, and that you have written consent from every real person pictured, including consent to train an AI model on their likeness. We may decline to train any LoRA. The LoRA is trained for your use only. If a person withdraws consent, stop using the LoRA trained on them and ask us to help remove it.

8. Model licenses. Each AI model in the system is released by its developer under its own license, and you must comply with them, including their own use restrictions. Your handover checklist lists them, and every install saves their texts. In particular: MiniMax H3 requires users in the United States, the EU, the UK and South Korea to request their own license from MiniMax; LTX is free for organizations under $10 million in annual revenue (at or above that, a paid license from Lightricks); MiniMax H3 needs MiniMax’s written authorization above $20 million in yearly revenue; SAM 3.1 (used by SCAIL-2) prohibits military, weapons and espionage uses and use by sanctioned parties.

9. MiniMax H3 terms that apply to you. Visual Forge systems include MiniMax H3, licensed under the MiniMax H3 Community License Agreement. By using H3 you agree to: comply with that agreement, including its Use Restrictions and MiniMax’s Acceptable Use Policy; obtain your own license from MiniMax (platform.minimax.io/h3-license) if you are in the United States, the EU, the UK or South Korea; keep the safeguards in this policy in place; if you offer your own product or service using H3 or its outputs, bind your users to terms at least as protective as these and display “MiniMax H3” as the license requires; and not use H3 outputs to train or improve any other AI model.

10. LTX terms that apply to you. Visual Forge systems include LTX models licensed under the LTX-2 Community License Agreement. By using them you agree to that agreement, including its use restrictions (Attachment A), which are part of this policy. If you provide LTX or its outputs to others, bind them to the same restrictions.

11. Reporting misuse. Anyone can report suspected misuse of a Visual Forge system, or content made with one, to support@viraltrove.com with “Misuse report” in the subject. We review reports promptly and take the action we consider appropriate, which can include suspending setup, maintenance and support.

12. Breaches and indemnity. If you breach this policy, we may stop setup, maintenance and support immediately, without refund. Viral Trove LLC is not liable for content you create. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Viral Trove LLC (Visual Forge) from any claims, losses or costs arising from your use of the system or your breach of this policy or of any model license.

13. Changes. We may update this policy as laws and model licenses change, and will tell maintenance clients by email.
